David S. Altshuller

Mr. Altshuller received his B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1993 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 following accomplishments in several former careers. He obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2004.

Mr. Altshuller is a partner at the firm whose broad based litigation practice includes all aspects of corporate/commercial litigation with special emphasis on franchise litigation.

Mr. Altshuller has experience with complicated receiverships and shareholder disputes. As part of his franchise law practice, he advises franchisors and franchisees on business related and litigation matters. He has appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice and, in particular, the Commercial List on a variety of interlocutory and trial matters.
